Shipping policy

We offer delivery to both the UK and Europe. Delivery is free for Customers Within UK for Perfumes, oils and clothing. For furniture sofas etc the shipping charges are included with the price of the product we offer. If the heavy product is returned unopened and unused, a shipping charges will apply for both delivery and returns etc. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. If you wish to receive your order using express delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm.

We process orders Monday through to Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays. Any orders we receive outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Express delivery orders received after Friday 1pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
